PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Microneedling

Microneedling is an innovative, skin-rejuvenating procedure that enhances skin quality, tone, and texture, creating a youthful facial appearance. A device creates tiny, controlled micro-openings in the skin, stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms, which triggers the production of collagen and elastin — the building blocks of youthful, firm, resilient skin — to renew and rejuvenate facial skin.

To enhance Microneedling’s benefits and accelerate the healing and rejuvenation process, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Microneedling can be performed. PRP is a concentrate of platelet-rich plasma protein — obtained from the patient’s own blood after spinning a small blood sample in a centrifuge to isolate it. PRP is then injected into the treated, microneedled facial tissue (virtually painlessly after applying numbing cream) because it contains special proteins that support new cell growth and promote healing.

PRP Microneedling can be performed on all skin types and tones with little or no downtime. The treatment improves skin tone and texture, softens and smooths fine lines and wrinkles, reduces pore size, improves the appearance of scars (including acne scars), and treats sun damage and hyperpigmentation. The procedure can be performed in combination with other aesthetic treatments — such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, fillers, chemical peels, radiofrequency therapy, and laser skin resurfacing.

PRP Microneedling is a powerful technique that creates fresh, vibrant, beautiful skin and a youthful appearance to the face.
