Necklift

While discussions about facial aging often focus on the face, the neck can also play a significant role. Excess skin and fat can accumulate, creating the appearance of jowls or a “double chin.” The muscles in the neck can also thicken with age, creating a “banded” appearance. These concerns are all difficult—if not impossible—to treat without surgery.

The necklift procedure is designed to reduce and redistribute fat, tighten the platysma muscle, and redrape or remove excess skin to create a more youthful and elegant neck contour. A necklift can be performed on its own, or it can help complement the results of a facelift. Dr. Hamilton is widely regarded for her ability to produce exceptionally natural-looking results with discreet scarring that is camouflaged along the hairline and the natural contours of the ears.
