Non-Surgical

From the earliest ages, human beings display a natural, innate attraction towards beautiful faces — beauty being characterized by balance, symmetry, proportion, and healthiness. Facial Sculpting is a set of nonsurgical aesthetic procedures where Dr. Hamilton — a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon — artistically refines and reshapes the face using injectables (dermal fillers and neuromodulators such as BOTOX® Cosmetic).  The focus is achieving symmetry and balance in the overall face (rather than in isolated sections) to enhance the patient’s beauty and aesthetic appearance with finesse.

Dr. Hamilton uses her vision and advanced techniques to achieve beautiful, natural, customized results that enhance, rather than artificially exaggerate, the patient’s existing physical features. She prioritizes achieving proportion, symmetry, and the preservation of facial identity. Using Dermal Fillers, Dr. Hamilton subtly creates a smooth, sculpted facial appearance – adding volume to fill in fine lines and wrinkles and contour facial shape and structure proportionally – addressing the nose, cheeks, chin, jawline, horizontal neck lines, temples, lips, vertical lines above the upper lip, under-eye tear troughs, smile lines or nasolabial folds, mouth-to-chin marionette lines, and ear lobes.  With muscle-relaxing Neuromodulators such as Botox, she smooths and prevents fine lines and wrinkles, lifts the brows, and turns up the corners of the mouth.  Each technique can be performed as a single, stand-alone procedure or a combination of treatments per patient goals. The facial structure and angles are enhanced and harmonized, beautifully reflecting light for a youthful, camera-ready look.

Facial Profile Balancing is the aesthetic treatment practice of balancing the facial profile by making micro-adjustments to the cheekbones, jawline and nose — using nonsurgical, minimally-invasive techniques with minimal or no downtime (with the option of adding complementary surgical procedures to enhance the results). Obtaining balance between these facial features powerfully creates the foundation of a beautiful, harmonious, symmetrical face. Facial Profile Balancing is an essential aspect of Facial Sculpting, both for individuals who display signs of aging as well as for young adults whose natural facial proportions, balance, and symmetry are out of alignment, sparking a desire to have their facial proportions, contours, and angles subtly improved to create a very beautiful, transformative effect and boost self-confidence. For both groups of patients, each facial feature is of significance, yet focusing globally on optimizing a confluence of features creates the greatest overall impact. An important characteristic of beautiful faces is their ideal facial proportion, and Facial Sculpting creates shape, balance, and form that optimizes the beauty of a human face.

While Facial Sculpting creates balance and symmetry, Skin Rejuvenation focuses on visibly revitalizing the skin’s natural beauty, health, and balance — nonsurgically — restoring and nourishing the skin for a radiant glow. Dr. Hamilton performs the most advanced set of different skin-rejuvenating techniques — customized to each patient’s skin type, skin condition, and aesthetic goals.  Treatment restores a youthful appearance to the face, neck, and body by reducing the superficial, damaged skin cells to reveal a fresh layer of vibrant, healthy skin.  Skin Rejuvenation boosts collagen (a protein which promotes skin elasticity and smooths fine lines and wrinkles), tightens the skin, minimizes scars including acne scars, reduces the appearance of sun damage and hyperpigmentation, treats a dull complexion, smooths rough spots, and significantly improves overall skin quality, tone and texture for a youthful, vibrant complexion.

Skin-rejuvenating modalities can be applied to the face and to multiple other areas of the human body, including the neck, décolletage (or upper chest), arms, and hands — as a stand-alone treatment or a combination of modalities. The treatments include laser skin resurfacing, chemical skin peels, microneedling with radiofrequency energy, and microneedling with PRP (platelet-rich plasma, which is a concentrate of the patient’s own blood that contains special growth factors — or proteins — that stimulate the body to grow new, healthy skin cells. PRP also supports the growth of hair cells in hair restoration. Dr. Hamilton individually tailors the strength and choice of treatment to every patient (from light to strong), depending on the patient’s aesthetic goals.

Dr. Hamilton’s study of art, human anatomy, and plastic surgery provides the essence of her natural ability to optimize facial beauty while preserving facial identity.  With a wealth of nonsurgical techniques to enhance facial contour and skin quality, Facial Sculpting and Skin Rejuvenation optimizes aesthetics – with the option to add surgical procedures as desired.  A series of subtle filler and Botox injections converge into an integrated whole to create a beautiful, natural-looking revitalization – a glowing, polished look that strengthens confidence and poise.

I think every individual should be able to feel strong and confident in their own skin — and I love the opportunity to help my patients achieve that. —Dr. Kristy Hamilton
