Preservé™ is a less invasive breast augmentation technique that preserves natural breast tissue, pectoral muscle, and support structures. Rather than cutting through tissue to place the implant, Dr. Hamilton uses a proprietary system developed by Motiva®, including a channel separator, inflatable balloon, and insertion sleeve, to gently create a space for the implant above the muscle using controlled tissue elongation.

Your Consultation

Dr. Hamilton will evaluate your anatomy and lifestyle, discuss your aesthetic goals, and walk you through your options. Implant sizing and imaging are included in this fully personalized experience.

Surgical Day

Performed under local anesthesia with light sedation, the procedure lasts about an hour. The incision is placed in the breast fold and is just 1 inch. There is no cutting inside the breast—only tissue-preserving balloon expansion to create the pocket.

Post-Op Experience
