The internal bra procedure reinforces your breast foundation, helping maintain shape, position, and confidence for the long term.
What Is an Internal Bra?
The internal bra is not an implant or device—it’s a surgical reinforcement technique that uses a biocompatible material to support the breast from within. Placed beneath the skin and over the chest wall, this mesh-like scaffold creates internal support for the breast tissue and/or implant.
This technique is commonly used during breast augmentation, mastopexy (lift), or revision surgeries when additional support is needed to stabilize results or prevent future issues. Over time, the body naturally integrates the mesh, creating a firm but flexible internal structure that mimics the function of a bra.
